Outsourced Supply Management
You connect only once to Quadrem, and Quadrem connects to your supplier community. Quadrem's enrollment team will take care of all the aspects of the supplier enrollment and ongoing management.

Quadrem will offer the tools to your suppliers to receive purchase orders or any other documents electronically. You may also want to enable several other types of document such as goods receipts, advance shipment notices, goods returned, invoices, invoice responses or even remittance advices (payment notification). All those documents are ready to be sent to your suppliers.

Systematic 3-way-match
Through the electronic delivery of purchase orders, goods receipt notices and Invoices, you systematically enforce the three-way matching for your accounting. In order words, the electronic invoice - originating from the purchase order - appears directly in your ERP.

Many of your suppliers are probably already on the network
Each new procurement client of Quadrem brings along a rich community of suppliers who enroll onto the network. All of those suppliers are ready to connect to other procurement clients of the network. They are already trained onto the system and can simply be "turned on" to your ERP. Supplier enablement and support is Quadrem's core activity. We must provide excellent care for the supplier community to ensure secure and reliable delivery of the procurement requests. We provide around the world support in several languages and at all time. If your company has a global reach, we will put in place support teams in the different regions where the suppliers are and we will support them locally.
